The Programs listed below are licensed under the following terms and conditions in addition to those of the International Program License Agreement.

BSTAR Batch Accelerator for IBM i (i5/OS)

Authorization for Use: You may not copy and use this Program on another computer without paying additional license fees.

Specified Operating Environment

The Program's specifications and specified operating environment information may be found in documentation accompanying the Program, if available, such as a read-me file, or other information published by Cinimex, such as an announcement letter.

Program-unique Terms

AUTHORIZED USE: You are only authorized to use the separately packaged Program components (options) to the extent you have acquired Proof(s) of Entitlement for these Program components (options).

A Proof of Entitlement will authorize you to use each of the separately packaged Program components on a "Per Processor/Partition", “Per Server” or “Per Enterprise” basis. For each "Per Processor/Partition" Proof of Entitlement to the Program, you are authorized to install and use each component of the Program on a machine with the given serial number/partition number. For each "Per Server" Proof of Entitlement to the Program, you are authorized to install and use each component of the Program in any partition on a machine with the server serial number defined in the Proof of Entitlement. For each "Per Enterprise" Proof of Entitlement to the Program, you are authorized to install and use each component of the Program in any partition of any machine belonging to the enterprise defined in the Proof of Entitlement.

Product Options

The Program consists of 5 functional Options, *BASE, 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each Option has its own independent license terms. 

TRIAL PERIOD: Option *Base of BSTAR is distributed as Freeware. The trial period is defined as 90 days since the first use of the Program for product Options 1, 2 and 3 and 14 days since the first use of the Program for Option 4. At the end of the trial period certain key functions of the Program shut down pending acquisition of a valid Proof of Entitlement.
